With rocket developing of city transportation and touring project, the total number of buses increased rapidly in recent years. Meanwhile, the quality of living conditions has been improving. People pay much more strict attention on vibration of vehicles, noise problem as well as seating coziness requirements, which count for much to environment protection, smoothness in driving and wear of vehicles, occur much more frequently. The Vehicle producers are trying to shorten the period from designing new model to the produce date due to the increasingly furious market competition.Under the introduction of Vibration Theory, the Test Analysis Model gets object's characteristic from measuring objects by the dynamic test technology, identifying the function of mode parameter from measurement of the vehicles. By researching on NE6741 mid-sized bus basis of on the theory of Test Analysis Model and collecting of frequency function response, the thesis intends to set up the Dynamics Analysis model. The proposal on reasonable designs and correction measurements of the weak structure are to be tabled through vehicle frame analyzing. The correct approach on solving of Scientific theory proof data of vehicle frame structure, the improvement on the production quality, structure optimization function melioration, and security, reliabilities are be ensured.The thesis formed under much tests carried out Tests are carried out on NE6741 mid size vehicle frame.374 test point, 535 connecting line, uses of chassis lever form frame analysis model. Matrix Data of Frequency response function collected through impulse stimulating, fixed stimulate points, response movable.The frame function distinguishing formed on the basis of average frequency function response, the estimated model frequency and free combination and reasonable test method. The test result proved correct.In conformability with practices, good to technique, better for vehicle's frame, helpful to improve the quality and function on vehicles. Combined the test results and outside stimulating during driving on the way, the structure designing speciality and seating coziness, the reasonability of the vehicle frame analyzed. The Dynamics Design on the frame structure and correct measurements pointed out through weakness analysis.
