| At present,in order to reduce the axial size of the new energy hybrid motor,the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is used as the driving motor to reduce the axial size,but the PMSM with the fractional slot concentrated winding will produce the low modulus of electromagnetic force,which aggravates the vibration and noise of the motor,and affects the quality of the vehicle driving.so this paper will focus on the radial electromagnetic wave causing electromagnetic vibration of motor,the research content is divided into the following areas1.According to the performance requirements of the new energy motor vehicle motor,a PMSM with fractional slot centralized winding is designed.Then the characteristics of radial electromagnetic force wave are analyzed theoretically.The radial electromagnetic force spectrum distribution of the motor is obtained by the finite element method,and the theoretical analysis is verified.2.Taking the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object,the influence of the structure parameters,such as the width of the slot and the angle of the slot,on the radial electromagnetic force wave of the motor is analyzed.In order to reduce the electromagnetic force wave,the method of opening auxiliary slot on the stator side is adopted,and the rotor side adopts the method of permanent magnetic segment and rotor piecewise oblique pole.3.The relationship between the electromagnetic force wave and the natural frequency of the stator system is theoretically analyzed.A stator core model,a winding model and a rotor structure model are established for modal analysis,and the harmonic response analysis of the stator and rotor core is also carried out.Analysis show that:the natural frequencies of the fixed stator system are better to avoid the frequency of the electromagnetic force wave and will not cause resonance.By optimizing the motor,the electromagnetic force can be effectively reduced,and the vibration and noise of motor can be improved.At the same time,the natural frequency of stator and rotor can help to prevent resonance. |
