Study On Disease Treatment Technologies Of Highway Tunnel In Cold Area

Along with the policy implementation of western region development and rejuvenating northeast old industrial base of our country, There are will be more and more tunnels in high altitude and northeast cold region. Because of the special climate of these areas, it could generate tunnel disease easily. Such as: crack, crisp, spalling because of frost heaving of the tunnel lining; ice on the top and side-wall of tunnel even in the bottom, frost heaving of track-bed; crack of the wall of tunnel entrance; hot melt slump of the tunnel entrance etc. These diseases not only severely weakened tunnel using life, but also a direct threat to the safe operation of driving. Therefore, this paper develop the research on disposal methods of tunnel damages in cold area.This paper analyses the main type of tunnel diseases in cold area, and separately narrates reasons and mechanism of action of tunnel damages in two aspects of water leaking in the tunnel and crack of tunnel lining.On the base of investigating and analyzing all kinds of anti-freezing measurements applied in the worldwide, by means of monitoring and analyzing of temperature field and characters of cold damages mechanics, discovered the regularity of temperature field as the time and all kinds of the reasons of cold damages. Moreover, aiming at characters of highway tunnels in cold areas, this paper puts forward comprehensive heat preservation and antifreeze measures by the most of waterproof and drainage.By means of monitoring and analyzing of air temperature, this paper gets variation laws of temperature of different position inside tunnel.According to the principle of heat, combined with finite element method, this paper expounds the tunnel of temperature field, temperature stress theoretical calculation method, and application of ANSYS to analysis cold temperature fieldandtemperature stress in the tunnel, the treatment of heat preservation plays a good effect to anti-freeze.
