In order to analyze the temperature field of the tunnel in cold region, validate the necessity, economical efficiency and effectiveness of tunnel insulation design, the cold highway tunnel is simulated and analyzed by ANSYS, the results of numerical simulation are compared with the actual measuring data to study the temperature distribution of the tunnel surrounding rock after the tunnel be excavated and the temperature variation process of the first and second lining are analyzed to determine whether or not the materials have a good thermal insulation effect. This paper studies the following:Firstly, this article introduces development of the tunnel in cold region and the development of heat preservation design in cold regions tunnels, and summaries the winter freezing injury mechanism of tunnel in the cold region and basic features of the diseases.Secondly, through the practical field temperature monitoring, the atmospheric temperature is measured to get the tunnel entrance atmospheric temperature change curve; the tunnel atmospheric temperature is measured after the tunnel excavated to get the tunnel atmospheric; the temperature of tunnel surrounding rock in different buried depth is measured after the tunnel excavated to get temperature change curve of tunnel surrounding rock in different buried depth.Thirdly, this article uses the actual temperature data to analyse of the relationship of tunnel wall rock temperature field and air temperature change, the relationship of the atmospheric temperature field change rule in the tunnel and atmospheric temperature change.Fourth, this article sums up the actual measurement of temperature, uses the mathematical method to study out the tunnel air temperature change, and applies the function as load on two lining concrete surface of the tunnel to establish planar and three-dimensional temperature model to analyse the change of temperature field after the tunnel in normal operation.Fifth, theoretical data and actual data were compared and analyzed to put forward the rational design of insulation parameter to validate the tunnel insulation design rationality and the temperature difference is analyzed to provide a reference for the later similar engineering model and insulation design.Suifenhe Xishan tunnel as an example, the calculated result is:thermal insulation material is40mm thick rigid polyurethane foam panels set on the two surface of lining concrete using light steel keel, theory and the actual data comparative analysis proves the design is reasonable and effective. |
