| As the dual pressure of the environmental problems and the energy issue, new energy sources is playing a increasingly important role in the development of the engine. Hydrogen as a new energy in a development potential has got people's extensive attention. In a certain period of time the traditional engine will remain account for the dominant position of internal combustion engines. So the research on the dual-fuel engine which combine the traditional internal combustion engine with the new energy is value. In this paper, the subject investigated is the mixing fuel-hydrogen combustion on diesel engine, base on the research on the engine, the paper provided an electronic control hydrogen supply system, the ATmega32 single-chip microprocessor was used as the kernel of electronic control unit, the high-speed digital solenoid valve as the actuator.The paper also uses the CFD software to reach on the adjustment of the valve. The paper use the software LabVIEW to developed a new style measure system, the measure system can acquire the indicator diagram of the mixing fuel-hydrogen combustion on diesel engine, and analyzed out a series of important physical parameters such as maximal pressure with corresponding crank angle, maximal rate of pressure rise and drop with corresponding crank angle and so on. The measuring system has plenty of merits, such as high-precision, stable performance, strong anti-disturb ability and friendly interface. At last we use the electronic control hydrogen supply system to scaling the high-speed digital solenoid valve, this verify the stability and the effectiveness of the electronic control hydrogen supply system. At the same time, by analysis the date acquired by the engine pedestal, the result turn out to be appropriate, feasible and effective. |
