With the development of economics and the improvement to people's living level, the society gives more requirements about the passenger transportation efficiency and its human services. At present, Chinese railway passes six speed-up, but the scale of the whole railway net is small, a majority of lines are too busy, passenger and freight transport interfere with each other. Because that the basis of existing lines is too bad and the space for speeding-up on existing lines, it is difficult to meet the middle-long period demand for passenger transport. To moderate the contradiction of the fast increased transportation requirements and the insufficient railway capability, passenger special lines are being built on a large scale in our country now, and it represents the development direction of the passenger special line.Passenger special line can achieve large-capacity, high-speed, high-frequency and greatly shorten the travel time, especially in the peak period of transportation a large number of dense departures can be finished in a few minutes interval, it provides a more secure, efficient, convenient and comfortable services. On the existing lines the freight can be achieved "a large quantity of materials nonstop, high-value goods quickly" to reduce the social costs of the railway, and it meets the owner of cargo and passengers rising multi-level and diversiform services demand. At the same time creating a good social and economic benefit, the transportation efficiency and investment benefit of railway net, its will help to achieve sustainable development of railway.This thesis has studied deeply about passenger special lines correlative problems on operation origination in our country on the basis of assisting from the experience and good results China and abroad. Based on the NaSch traffic model and Li Ke-ping researches, in view of the passenger special line organization characteristic, renewedly revising the movement rule of cellular automaton, and demarcated the related parameter,Proposed one kind cellular automaton which can simulate the phenomenon of multi-speed run diagram in moving-like block system, and applies this model to simulate the run diagram in passenger special line. This thesis includes seven parts as following:(1) The mode of transport organization on passenger special line has been studied. It determines such items as schedule, type of train, and location of the stations. This article initially on the passenger transport line organization of the classification model, as well as China's passenger transportation line model organization. So the first work of this thesis is to classify the transport organization mode of passenger special line and to determine the mode of passenger transportation special line in our country.(2) The characteristics of train diagram and its constituent elements are discussed, and the influence factors of train diagram are analyzed.(3) The rational distance between stations of passenger special line is analyzed, and the connection of distance between stations, the capacity, traveling speed and other factors. (4) Train plan of passenger special line has been studied and it is basis of train diagram. The influence factor of train plan of passenger special line is analyzed. The multi-objective planning model of train plan is proposed.(5) The work time of comprehensive maintenance window of passenger special line is analyzed and we analyses eight skylights and emphasis on characteristics of rectangular skylight that implementing every other day in single track.(6) The capacity of passenger special line has been studied, and the method of calculating capacity of line is introduced. The calculating method of deduction coefficient of passenger train under the different traveling conditions is analyzed.(7) Simulating the run diagram of passenger special line, the cellular automaton in moving-like block system is constructed and the related parameter of cellular automaton is demarcated. Simulation results are discussed and analyzed.Research and conclusions in this paper have certain guidance and reference meaning to work out train diagram and transportation organize.
