Study On Train Operation Plan Of Passenger Dedicated Line Under Special Weather Conditions

China’s climate environment is complex,weather conditions such as wind,frost,rain and snow are very common in daily life,and the railway transportation process is exposed to the natural environment.Snowfall,strong wind and other special weather conditions have a great impact on the safety of passenger dedicated line trains.In order to ensure the safety of passenger transportation and reduce the loss of life and property,it is necessary to analyze the impact of different types and characteristics of special weather on railway passenger transportation,and establish a model of passenger dedicated line train operation plan under the influence of special weather to ensure the safety and smoothness of passenger transportation.Firstly,this paper analyzes the types and characteristics of special weather,analyzes the influencing factors of special weather on the operation of passenger dedicated lines in China,and puts forward the railway transportation organization measures under special weather conditions.Then,through the analysis of the line carrying capacity under the influence of special weather,the concept of elastic fluctuation carrying capacity is put forward,and the calculation method of the converted value of carrying capacity is determined.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on Markov chain is used to analyze the state transition law of carrying capacity under the influence of special weather,and the calculation method of line carrying capacity under the influence of special weather is obtained.Thirdly,according to the basic characteristics of China’s passenger dedicated lines,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of passenger dedicated lines’ train operation scheme under the influence of special weather,determines the values of relevant parameters,establishes the target planning model of passenger dedicated lines’ train operation scheme under the influence of special weather,and designs simulated annealing algorithm to solve it.Finally,taking Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line as an example,under the special weather conditions of snowfall in Harbin-Fuyu section,based on the predicted passenger flow of Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line in 2030,the train operation scheme of Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line under the influence of special weather is studied as an example,and compared with the train operation scheme under normal operation conditions.The feasibility and rationality of the train operation scheme of passenger dedicated line established in this paper under the influence of special weather are verified by an example.
