The paper presents a kind of three-dimensional rotating training flight simulator to imitating flight environment for the air force. It carries out with the theoretical analysis on itsmechanism of training, program design, optical targeting systems, motor-driven control system, reducer, and other major issues, and its implementation were also discussed.This subject aims at improving the aerial directional capacity, prompt coordinatingreactions, counter-overload capacity, flight endurance and adaption to the aerial environment of the aircrew. The research on this subject is a reform in the aerial directional training equipment for the aircrew, which has solved the problem of the aircrew being slow in improving their aerial directional capacity. In this sense, at present, it is a technically moreadvanced, more practical, higher cost integrated training system.
