The Test Study Fatigue Reliability Of High-Speed Automotive Chain

The main work of this article is to make the fatigue reliability test with the roller chain 06BT-1 and the silent chain CL04T-9 by the methods of group test and the method of Up-down test.Through the test data being deal with,we can get the distribution law of fatigue reliability life.And establish the relationship curve between the Fatigue Life and the load,and one curve can fit one reliabitity.Through the analysis of the two methods,article We will get anew test method,with more convenient,more efficient.The new method will be used to guide future research,for saving time,saving cost.Main results are as follows:1.According to the fatigue test norms of the chain drive in ISO15654-2004(precision roller chain fatigue test method for driving) we use a comprehensive test method(group method and Up-down method) to carry out fatigue test of high-speed automotive chain and to draw fatigue life curve:F-N curves and R-F-N curves.2.Through Comparative Analysis of the method,one is this article has used and another is the method which has been existed.This article has discussed the "cross mode" relations of the group method and the Up down method in the comprehensive test method.And put forward the fatigue test methods and reliability evaluation system with china own independent intellectual property rights.This study of the characteristics of high-speed chain results in the subject not only can be used to guide car factory,engine factory for automotive chain system reliability design, but also can put forward an effective way to get the reliability test data,as well as to improve vehicle performance and more chain wear resistance of the effective measures for the chain production enterprises.
