Basalt fiber composites(BFRP)as a national focus on the development of the three new reinforced fiber composite materials,with light weight and high strength,the advantages of corrosion resistance and non-magnetic,gradually replaces the internal reinforcement of structures formed the great potential of BFRP muscle enhancement system.In this paper,on the basis of experimental research and theoretical derivation,under the action of the different corrosion environment of BFRP muscle fatigue performance are studied,mainly including the following several aspects:The mechanical properties of BFRP bar under the acid and alkali corrosion environment and the simulation of the fire environment,the appearance of the BFRP reinforcement in different corrosion environments change form outer loads and failure modes are observed,while the constitutive relations of BFRP steel for different corrosion environments curve are got,and the analysis of compressive strength,shear strength,tensile strength,elastic modulus and ultimate strain of material mechanics performance parameters changing with the different corrosion environments are also obtained,and the BFRP steel at room temperature under the action of stress and strain curve is draw.Theory of the single point-group method is deduced and improved,and put forward the S-N curve equation under different temperature parameters regression analysis method,the corresponding algorithm is constructed;looked at different temperatures under the action of the appearance of BFRP in state and fatigue failure mode;according to the different temperature under the action of fatigue test results of reinforced material,the analysis of the effect of different temperature on the component fatigue life are studied,established the corresponding theoretical derivation and parameters analysis of P-S-N curve and r-P-S-N curve model,discusses the reliability under the condition of different temperature on the influence law of reinforcement material fatigue life.By the method of correlation coefficient optimization,single point-likelihood method was improved,the method of improving regression analysis in different time under the action of corrosion fatigue s-n curve expression parameter was put forward,with the implementation of the matching algorithm is constructed;observed at different time under the action of corrosion of reinforcement material appearance condition and fatigue failure mode;according to different corrosion time under the action of fatigue test results of reinforced material,the change rule of corrosion fatigue life along with the time change was got,and the reinforcement material of P-S-N and r-P-S-N curve model were established;under the effect of different corrosion time of BFRP t-P-S-N surface model was set up,provide important value foe estimating the fatigue life of BFRP steel after different corrosion time.
