Combined with the formulating method of the performance evaluation and reliability optimization test for lightbus performance evaluation and optimizing reliability test method and standard test.the research is carried out in the paper, the key research projects of China FAW group corporation.The ADAMS software is used to build the suspension system simulation model and optimization calculation for steering trapezoid.These neural networks were offered for the damp control with Matlab/Simulink. It is provides an effective method to study the product type of new cars reliability test.
