Form the basis of environmental physics,psychology and physiology, the dissertation study the body skin temperature as a physiological index. The paper key research has analyzed the response of skin temperatures to environment, the relation between local skin temperature and thermal sensation, thermal comfort, and the relation between local thermal sensation and overall thermal sensation, combined the research methods of lab physiological parameters measurement, environment parameters measurement and subjective questionnaire. The human body was divided into 13 sedentary segments and the skin temperature of 13 local body parts were collected by direct determination in the experiment. The local thermal sensation and thermal comfort was investigated in the questionnaire. All the experiment data is processed by the statistic software SPSS13.0. Some test methods and regression methods was applied in the paper, Including independent-samples t-test, one element regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and variance test.The conclusions drawn in the research of skin temperature of 13 local body parts: In all environment, the skin temperature of trunk is higher than the skin temperature of extremities; the distribution of skin temperature of extremities is different, the skin temperature of hand is lowest in winter; the skin temperature of Skin temperature of leg is lowest in other envirionment. Local skin temperature was affected in various degrees by environmental parameters. The affection on the skin temperature of extremities is greater than on the skin temperature of trunk.The main conclusions drawn in the study on local thermal sensation and overall thermal sensation: The local thermal sensation of various parts has in various degree influences on overall thermal sensation under the same environment. In the different environment, the same part has in various degree influnces on the overall thermal sensation. The affection of local thermal sensation on overall sensation is different between ephebe and young women.In the study of the relation between skin temperature and thermal sensation, thermal comfort, the conception of Physiological neutral temperature was proposed. As far as the mean skin temperature is concerned, the conclusion shows that the physiological neutral temperature of ephebe is higher than young women in winner and summer. In summer, the physiological neutral temperature when healthy young is in thermal comfort is lower than when healthy young is in thermal neutral condition.
