The Exploration Of The Important Role Of Landscape Architecture Plays In The Construction Of The University

With the rapid economic development in contemporary China, this society is in urgent need of a large number of scientific and technological talents, and the universities carries out the expansion of enrollment and campus construction, meanwhile the universities confronted to the impacts from so-called "market-oriented" ,"technology-oriented" , "professionalism", "globalization" and so on. Universal network represents the advent of the information age. With the rapid advancement of computer technology, landscape architecture for campus entered the peak period of creativity. Universities have to face various issues, particularly the University of spirit and lack of traditional Chinese culture. Analysis all aspects of the construction of universities in contemporary China, with landscape architecture as the core, extended to the theories and disciplines of related fields, we mix the university spirit and traditional Chinese culture as the spirit of landscape architecture. In addition, combining classical Chinese landscape garden design and modern methods, we elaborate the great influence of traditional Chinese culture and the spirit of the university to the construction of campus.
