As a Part of the car, the frame supports all kinds of complicated loads coming from the road and the freight being loaded. And many assembly of the car are built in the frame. So the intensity and the strong of the frame play a role way in the car's design. The frame of some truck is analyzed and studied using the HyperMesh in this paper. The machinery, automobile and other has yielded great achievements as computer technology's application as well as the FEM which caused the CAE technology widely applied maturely. Therefore the coach body structure can be analysis through the model's establishment by using finite element theory and finite element analysis software, and the lightweight of the coach body according to the theoretical analysis result to the coach body can be carried on, this has become an important method. With reasonable and suitable simplifications, a fine FEM model of the frame was established by using HyperMesh, carries on the precise parameterization modeling to some entire-bearing coach body frame, and the static stress analysis research being conducted, then the comparative analysis with the static test result has been carried on, confirmed the finite element model's accuracy. On this foundation the dynamic experimental analysis to the frame carried on, the test result indicated the frame has the space existence for further optimization, and the basis and reference for the lightweight has been provided. The frame reduces 273kg altogether According to the characteristic of the frame , several schemes used to design the frame are come out , which make the frame become light , save raw and processed materials , reduce the cost used produced ,increase the fuel's economy and protect the circumstance.
