Using thermodynamics theory, the thermodynamics performance and character of the chamber refrigeration system and refrigerant,keystone in running of this refrigeration system are analysed, and the refrigeration system is designed. The linear rule which the middle temperature change with evaporation and condense temperature is gotten based on the state change of this refrigeration system, and the reheater is setted in the low temperature grade of the system, the system has a good performance when the chamber is working.The chamber performance test table is designed, the author puts up the experiment research of the chamber. According to change the temperature difference of the chamber, the parabolic rule which the best wind-flow work on the temperature when the chamber temperature is -30℃~-70℃is gotten. When the chamber work at the best wind-flow, the temperature equality and stability are less than 2℃and 0.5℃respectively and reach the technology demand. According to set the heater, the chamber performance is improved in low pressure.
