The internal ballistic parameters of artillery mainly include the pressure in the chamber and the temperature in the chamber caused by the combustion of the gunpowder during the firing process.The measurement results are of great significance for evaluating the design of the gun and evaluating the performance of the propellant.However,at present,in the field of internal ballistics research,we usually only focus on the test of the pressure in the chamber,and there are few studies on the temperature in the chamber.At the same time,in the calibration test of the test system,the test values of multiple standard sensors are used as the true value to compare with the calibrated system.,the weighted average method used for the fusion of test values still has some problems,and the calibration accuracy needs to be further improved.This paper designs a test system that can be used to measure the temperature in the gun chamber after analyzing and drawing on the more mature chamber pressure test methods.At the same time,a multi-sensor data fusion method based on evidence theory is proposed,and the calibration test data is used for verification.In this paper,the following three aspects of research are made on the pressure and temperature test and its calibration technology in the gun chamber:Firstly,the research status of the pressure and temperature test in the gun chamber is analyzed,and the test requirements of the gun chamber temperature are pointed out.The severe test environment in the bore of the gun was carefully analyzed,and a test plan for the bore temperature was proposed after studying and drawing on the more mature bore pressure test method.Then the relevant digital-analog chips were selected to complete the design of the chamber temperature test system;at the same time,the butane spray gun was used to complete the simulation test to test the performance of the system.Secondly,the calibration method and calibration equipment of the pressure and temperature test system in the gun bore are studied,and the calibration of the developed bore temperature test device is completed.At the same time,combined with the calibration data,a comparative analysis was made on the selection method of the bore pressure calibration point,and the shortcomings of the weighted average method used in the current calibration data fusion were pointed out.Fusion of calibration data.Finally,the problem of basic probability distribution in the application of evidence theory is solved,and a data fusion method for manometer calibration based on evidence theory is proposed,which improves the accuracy of standard sensor data fusion when calibrating the pressure and temperature test system in the artillery chamber.Compared with the original weighted average method,this method fully considers the statistical regularity between the data,and further improves the test accuracy of the pressure and temperature in the chamber.The temperature test system in the gun chamber studied in this paper meets the basic requirements of the temperature test in the gun chamber;at the same time,the proposed multi-sensor data fusion method based on evidence theory reduces the influence of random errors on the fusion data,and improves the test of chamber pressure and temperature.accuracy.
