Research On The Key Measurement And Assemble Technology For Transmission Of Automobile

The paper introduces the instrument for measuring and picking gasket , which is based on IPC, on a particular transmission assembly line. It mainly includes the design thesis, structure and the application technology of the hardware and the software, the key research points are the thesis and the structure.The assemble quality of transmission assembly is one of the important equations for ensuring the automobile's capability. One of the important questions in the process of the transmission assembly is the tightening at the bearings of the input axis assembly, the output axis assembly and the differential assembly. The size of the tightening is carried out through adjusting the thickness of the cushions .The traditional cushion-selection method is manual selection ,the efficiency and the accuracy are both low. For this ,the cushion-selection machine of this paper researches is the key measurement machine of the transmission assembly line . This machine is used to measure the clearance of gear axis and it can give the excellent combination of the cushions which has been measured. So it can provides the required pre-loading through adjusting the thickness of cushions.This paper starts from the analysis of the important elements that impacts the measurement accuracy, and on this foundation set up the corresponding dimension chain of the measurement system. Followed by a detailed research of the mechanical structure design of the measuring machine.Mainly introduction of the mechanical design of the measuring machine ,which includes upper measurement system,the idler pulley driven system and cushion retest system. Analyzes and validates the repeat measurement accuracy and the measurement accuracy through the analysis of the measure results. Then probably introduces the transmission shell measurement machine.
