Flight simulator is an important aviation simulated device which is more controllable,economical and reliable compared with reality aircraft. Flight simulator is a human in loop real-time simulation system that integrates vision information, hearing sense information, motion sense information. In flight simulator, Aircraft running status coefficients are calculated using mathematical model, which will be transformed into vision information, hearing sense information, motion sense information. And those sense information are transmitted to pilot who is taking the simulator.With the electric control loading system is a simulation control system which mounts on flight simulator. The system synthetically uses modern servo-control technologies which include computer, digital PID and PWM modulation. It also adopts control mode of integration of software and hardware. So the contradictions among big torsion moment, quick response and stable work are resolved. The effect of electric moment control is made perfectly. The system can truly recur the force of side stick controller of the fighter in any flight states that include normal and faulty state.Mathematical model is the basis of making flight simulation correctly. Mathematical model is correct or not will influence the fidelity of simulation. Numerical calculation method should be chosen after correct mathematical model be founded, which should meet not only accuracy demand but also real-time demand. So it is necessary to study mathematical model and numerical calculation method of flight simulation.The electric control loading system is composed by computer, controller, electromotor actuator and control software. The computer is used to compute and control of the system in real time. Its running period is 1ms. The controller is used to control printed circuit electromotor which output needed force of side stick controller. The real time control software worked under the VXworks operating system is used to compute correlative models and control the running of the system. The maintenance and debug software is used to monitor system running state, search fault and setup parameter.This paper is mainly introduced about the construction process of full Digital Human Motion Perception System and discussed from scheme design, system structure, work principle, software & hardware, programming, etc. It laid a solid foundation for further development of flight training simulator.
