Based on the half-bridge cascaded multilevel inverter,the driving method of AC servo motor is deeply studied,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to the development of servo drive control technology,the development of equipment manufacturing industry and the technology needed in industrial production,it not only lays a solid theoretical foundation for the development of AC servo system,but also has a broad application prospect.Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has become the first choice of AC servo Motor because of its excellent performance compared with other AC servo motors.Taking TMS320F2812 chip as the control core,this paper adopts the Vector Control Algorithm of ID=0,the Control Algorithm based on half-bridge cascaded three-level inverter circuit and the traditional sliding mode observer control algorithm based on anti-tangent function,a PMSM Servo control system is designed and a hardware experiment system is set up to verify the correctness of the proposed control theory.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the composition of AC Servo control system is analyzed and its mathematical model is established in different coordinate system,and its mathematical model is transformed in different coordinate system.This paper describes and compares several vector control methods which are commonly used,confirms the Vector Control Method of ID=0,and briefly describes the basic method and control principle of vector control strategy.Secondly,the SVPWM control strategy of PMSM based on half-bridge cascaded multilevel inverter is studied.The main circuit adopts the half-bridge cascaded three-level inverter circuit invented in the research,the circuit topology,switch combination and control strategy are studied step by step,and the SVPWM technique is analyzed and studied in all aspects,including its modulation principle,vector distribution,sector division and selection,and is modeled in Matlab/Simulink,experiments were carried out under sudden load and sudden load reduction respectively.Finally,based on the half-bridge cascaded multilevel inverter circuit,sliding mode control method is adopted to study the control strategy of PMSM,and the basic definition and method of sliding mode control strategy are introduced,the control strategy of PMSM driven by sliding mode observer(SMO)algorithm is analyzed and studied,based on the method of inverse tangent function,the rotor position of PMSM isdesigned,and the simulation experiment is carried out in the Matlab/Simulink environment according to the block diagram of inverse tangent function to verify the theory,based on the driving method of permanent magnet synchronous motor proposed in this paper,the hardware experiment system is built,and the software program is designed with TMS320F2812 chip as the control core,the experimental results of the PMSM drive method proposed in this paper verify the feasibility of the proposed theory.
