In recent years, It has brought the obvious improvement of highway grade ,the increase of traffic mileage and increase of transport capacity with the rapid development of traffic.But it brings serious damage to pavement performance for traffic explosion,overloaded vehicle and other serious problems.Cement concrete pavements mainly appear structural damege broken and diseases which are slabs,longitudinal creaks, transverse creaks,road surface settlement ect, diseases mainly refere to deficient edges, angle fractures ,exposed bones ,disengagings and so on. As a result, it is an urgent need to resolve these problems. We can control of pavment quality through mechanism research of quality index's changes which refere to the changes of quality assessment index about cement concrete completion.This article gets a lot of effective date ,which bases on detecing all the indicators(smoothness,pavment damage status , concrete compressive strength) from a number of cement concrete pavement in Qinhuangdao City, Analysis and treatment collected data with linear regression method ,and applicate F Test and t test, the test results are very significant, so as to ensure the accuracy of the conclusions, finally we summarize various indicators'decay law following to time.In this paper, the results of research show that:cement concrete pavement's smoothness, pavement condition index and concrete compressive strength present linear relationship with time. smoothness and concrete compressive strength are linear growth.smoothness growth rate is slow, it's coefficient is beyond 0.1; compared with smoothness.concrete compressive strength growth is quick. pavement condition index present linear relationship with time,but pavement condition index is linear decrease with time.However, in severe cases of overload, three indicators is not linear with time.The performance of pavement condition index is the most the obvious. Growth over time, PCI decline very quickly, and PCI down to 50 below in some road sections which are serious damage.
