Study Of Monorail Transit Emergency Beam's Bearing And Superelevation And Error Analysis Of Track Beam Production Formwork

In the background of the research on the straddle monorail transit emergency track beam system,the bearing and the superelevation of emergency track beam and the production formwork are studied.The research results and conclusions complement the emergency track beam system.The bearing is an important component of emergency track beam.The quality of design and manufacture has a significant impact on the whole emergency system.In this paper,through comparison and selection of several schemes,the slide-type adjustable emergency track beam bearing is selected as the final solution.This scheme can adjust the assemble error of different emergency track beam segments.At the same time,the connection's strength and fatigue of bearing and emergency track beam is checked. Calculation results meet the requirements of the regular service condition.The bearing's superstructure and substructure three-dimensional model for finite element analysis are established,and its safety and reliability is verified.The affect of superelevation should be considered in the design of emergency track beam.In this paper,the superelevation of the No.2 light rail line in Chongqing is statisticed and classificated.Both of adjustment method-laminated design and varying-height support design are studied.Besides,manufacture drawings of the running-surface,oriented-surface,and stable-surface are also classificated,which will improve and complement the emergency track beam system.At last,the error of the production formwork of track beam is researched,several proposals of improving the accuracy of track beam manufacture are recommended.
