Design And Implementation Of Ground Operation Control System Principle Prototype For Tuberail

Tuberail System is such a mode of wheel-rail transportation that is operated in a Tuberail.As for system design and equipment allocation,the Tuberail System is only taken as a comparatively complicated linear motor-driven one by American company,lacking the basic systems of operation control and equipments which are indispensable in a rail transportation system,and it is still blank in the field of operation control study on Tuberail transportation.The Tuberail System has no track circuit or signal,and the only equipments beside the rail are track switches;there will be no practical track sections but logical ones.The Tuberail operation control system is based on a wireless train-ground communication mode in a moving block way;it implements an integrated control over the stations and the sections for operation and automatic loading & unloading during the whole progress of Tuberail transportation.Taking the model line construction as background and drawing the successful experience of the wheel-rail transportation operation control system,this subject of research developed a Tuberail transportation operation control system possessing independent intellectual property.It is fundamental to the technology development of our Tuberail transportation and its further industrialization.The paper has been involved in the following work:Firstly,study on the working process of Tuberail transportation;analyze the functional requirements of operation control system for the Tuberail trains;and on this basis carry out a system structural design for the ground operation control system for Tuberail transportation.Secondly,establish the hardware platform design of ground operation control system for Tuberail transportation,introduce Safety Computer and the key points are the realization of its kernel,communication and Input/Output circuit.Thirdly,analyze the software requirements according to the ground operation control system for Tuberail and accomplish the software general structure design of ground operation control system for Tuberail as well as reduce its software based on VxWorks.Finally,design the commissioning strategies.Complete the prototype commissioning and the combined commissioning of the overall ground operation control system for Tuberail.
