As the key subsystem of the metro vehicle operation,the metro door system has an important influence on the safety,comfort,convenience and the overall beauty of the metro vehicles.The reliability of the metro door system is of great significance to ensure the safety of the passengers.On the basis of the reliability analysis results of the key subsystem of the metro door,the weak link of the system can be determined not only as the basis for the design of the reliability improvement of the metro door system,but also to minimize the failure and influence,and it can also provide a reference value for the establishment of a reasonable maintenance plan for the daily metro door system.Fault diagnosis of metro door system(plug door system)is carried out based on failure data failure analysis,and various reliability indexes of plug door reliability are obtained.From the reliability function curve,we can get the relationship between the running state of the door system and time,and find out the fault rule of the door system.The fault tree diagnosis analysis method is used to determine all the bottom failure modes that lead to the door opening failure of the slug door system,the door closing failure and the accident on the train door when the train is running,and the door search diagnosis simulation is established for the top event which has the greatest harm to the system,and the fault priority sequence is determined by order.According to the fault tree diagnosis analysis,the qualitative and quantitative traditional and fuzzy FMECA research analysis of the key components of the key components which have high frequency and great harm are obtained.Based on the results of FMECA analysis,a preliminary study on the reliability and maintenance mode of the metro door system is made.The reliability design should be improved and the corresponding compensation measures should be made in the daily maintenance.For the relatively thin and weak links,the actual problems should be based on the actual failure.Taking appropriate maintenance measures or improvement measures can provide basis for vehicle maintenance departments to formulate and modify maintenance plans,which is of practical value.
