Subway door system is an important subsystem of railway transport system equipment.As the doors of passenger compartment in the subway door system of China,plug doors face passengers directly.With the continuous expansion of urban railway transport,the subway passenger flow is increasing quickly,and the frequent opening and closing of the doors may result in many faults.Once happens,it will pose a threat to both the operation of subway and the safety of passengers.Therefore,to avoid disasters,a door failure diagnosis system should be established to make early detection of door faults,then accurately identify the types of faults and replacement of faulty device should be made in time.This is of great significance for improving the safety and reliability of the system and reducing the failure rate.Firstly,a brief introduction of the failure mechanism of plug door has been proposed.The system requirements were analyzed according to the actual situation on site,and then the overall design of the plug door failure diagnosis system was completed.Secondly,in order to solve the problems of overhigh dimensions,low diagnostic accuracy and overlarge calculated amount when extracting features from subway plug door failure diagnosis,the thesis proposed a failure feature selection algorithm based on ReliefF and BGWO.The method could screen out the low-dimensional failure feature set with high correlation,low redundancy and clear failure identification,effectively improve the accuracy of subway plug door failure diagnosis,and greatly lower the calculated amount of feature extraction for on-line failure diagnosis in the later stage.Thirdly,aiming at the problem that the mass data of subway plug door is difficult to be stored and transmitted,a wavelet compression algorithm based on twodimensional block adaptive threshold was proposed based on the characteristics of collected door data.This method not only ensured the compression rate,but also met the requirements of high precision and low distortion,which on a large extend decreased the stored data size.Fourthly,based on STM32F407,the data acquisition hardware in subway plug door failure diagnosis system was designed,including minimum system,power supply,data acquisition,communication and storage.The acquisition card in this design had no electrical contact with the original equipment and would not have any influence on the original circuit.Finally,the upper computer software of the subway plug door failure diagnosis system was designed with LabVIEW.And it included four parts: data acquisition and storage,feature extraction,failure diagnosis and later data compression.The feasibility of the system function and the effectiveness of the algorithm in this thesis were verified by the experiments of simulating different faults conducted on the test bench of subway plug door control.
