Besides the path,park,square,and commercial street landscape planning,the residential district is the important component of urban.It occupied the most important part of the whole city landscape space.With the improvement of people's living standard and the overall development of the city.People pay more attention to the pavement,the composition of the residential environment as the main part,affecting the living environment of the space landscape effect.To meet the functional requirements,people used to satisfy some decorative requirements such as color,design and surface texture etc.Not only should respect the internal design principles,but also reflected characteristics and natural characteristics of place.This article focuses on the pavement of residential landscape in the place spirit,external communication space and the artistic style of function and design methods of analysis and exploration,through the practice,from the pavement design case with residential landscape planning and design,the design of residential space with the shop environment,pavement design functions and form to explore the landscape residence pavement abundant art form and design gimmick. Through the color,shape,materials,scale,the application of shape elements such as design of residential area and functional artistic pavement,combining modern and traditional.Based on the case study and practice of pavement gradually their aesthetic theory and landscape design method of a certain understanding,and summarizes the general design principles,methods and steps.Hope for the further development of the theory and method of material,in order to provide some of the residential space environment landscape design work has certain shop and reference for the practical significance.
