| Water is the source of life.It is also the important natural resource of social and the economical development.From ancient times to the present,the humanity has been accustomed to plant and live near rivers.The rivers have played a important role in city foundation and development.In modern times the function of water resources is much more prominent than ever before,especially in city production,public service, and the landscape environment construction,and the development is all inseparable with the water resources.Generally speaking,inhabitant can hardly live without fresh and purified water,in industrial production the supply of water source must be sufficient, the exquisite urban environment need clean water ecological environment.Therefore,in the world the region where economy and social well developed,have the sufficient water resources.Along with urbanized advancement quickening,our country urban construction is running in the freeway,and the city water resources are also facing the depletion threat simultaneously.The lack of water resources has caused many social problems to which people are paying more and more attention.These problems mainly display in:city flood preventions drains waterlogged land cannot obtain the safeguard,the city water supply safety control rate safely low,the water environment quality worsens,water cultural reconstruction dynamics insufficiently,the city water resources management chaotic and so on.These problems are related to the method of traditional urban planning.The traditional urban planning method separate the water system content into the ecology plan,the greenbelt system plan,the landscape system plan,the municipal infrastructure system plan,the flood prevention plan and the environment plan.This kind of division caused difficulties when architect trying to control water resources,let alone using these resources sustainably.In view of these questions,this article advocates a comprehensive conformity plan method which contains all aspects of city water - - city aqueous system.This method divides the city aqueous system into six parts:city water-security,city water-landscape, city water-economy,city water-management,city water-culture,as well as city water environment protection.This article wants to establish a kind of plan pattern in northwest area by elaborating the definition,the connotation,the content as well as the plan method of six constituents.So that the city aqueous system plan will be a necessary part of the city overall plan.By analyzing the city water industry and achieving unification management,we hope that the social will save the water resources effectively and make the sustainable development dream come true.The first and second part of this article are mainly about summary of adding water system plan,including theory,definition,and connotation.In addition this two parts have drew a conclusion that how we can establish our suitable aqueous system by comparing domestic and foreign experience.The third part mainly aimed at the aqueous system each constituent,the water-security,the water-landscape,the water-economy,the water-management,the water-culture as well as the water environment protection six parts.I prepared this part to be a foundation of next paragraph.The fourth part takes the "jingwei" industrial area design for example,experimentally apply the city aqueous system plan to it,finally we have obtained a good result. |
