With the development of construction industry, the construction has change from the stage of large-scale constructing to the stage of both large-scale construction and building renovation.First,Studying of safety assessment of existing frame structure with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and reinforced methods have closely relationship with project.Second,as to the current macro-economic of our country, the limited capital of our country, the existing structure must be used. Therefore, studying the subject has very important scientific value and social economy benefit. The traditional reliability assessment methods are referenced, which overcome the disadvantages and extract the advantages. The evaluation system and standard of existing structure are established, according to the assessment methods of the existing structure, combining with current national standards. And then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established using the fuzzy mathematics and principle, which makes the problem that two values having small amount difference between the intervals will be divided into different grades,to be solved reasonably. Finally, the fuzzy mathematics model taking the bearing capacity, deformation and foundation of structure as indexes, and the evaluation system and standard of existing frame structure are established, combining the middle school's building as an example in Fu'yang city,An'hui province.According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the frame structure system's evaluation results of reliability can be obtained. Then, the treatment methods to the cracks are adopted according to analyzing these failure and main influence factors, which makes the structure repair obtain economical and reasonable effort.
