At present, our country is in a rapid process of modernization of the city, although has not yet been finalized, but because of the larger population base, the quantity of urban population increase, expansion of city scale space, in particular, the number of national or regional central cities. The resulting deterioration of the urban environment, urban traffic pressure, transport residents in a series of difficult questions and so on. In this situation, the city public transport priority development strategy has gradually become a consensus, and be recognized by more and more cities. However, giving priority to the development of public transport is not giving priority to the bus traffic development, and should be the coexistence of various modes of public transport means, the organic combination of mutual promotion and common constitute a city's public transport network system for the city to provide more choice of public transport. Among them, the urban rail transit is particular, metro transport, public transport should be the most important ways.Thus, urban rail transit particularly subway traffic has become the first choice for major cities. In particular, as large cities with the rapid develop in socio-economic, the subway traffic also entered the stage of rapid development. Construction of the subway will bring many of the affect to the city. It was against this background, this article points to the core metro city lots of space for an entry point to explore the construction of mega-cities metro traffic overall spatial structure of cities and urban centers of public activity for the core city area Subway Station space of possible models for the design and attention problems, and the corresponding goal.To explore this issue, the first thesis on the development trend of mega-cities to do the Research and Analysis; followed by the introduction of traffic and urban design as well as the basic theory of the core city area and large space metro stations recognize the theory of design, analysis of the core area Subway station town theoretical foundation design; then select the reference with the Subway station at home and abroad the case of urban design space to analyze and sum up the successful experiences and problems, to explore the core area of city design space Subway Station with the revelation: once again, combined with the above case studies to explore the core of the modern mega-cities area Subway Station model of urban spatial design, the need to question the existence, design elements, as well as the design of a final goal; article last analysis subway of Xi'an subway construction and the development of long-term vision, in combination with pasture on the 2nd line of slope of the specific area of urban space, the spatial structure of its space to conduct an analysis of planning and design.Finally, on this basis, overall development trend for the city, this paper presents three basic viewpoints as follows:1. Urban rail transit, especially the construction of the subway traffic, on the promotion of a fundamental change in the structure of urban space and upgrade to the three-dimensional, network-based direction.2. Metro city traffic so that construction of the city center of public activity scale, and integrated multi-function and closed with a combination of open space development of three-dimensional structure.3. Urban spatial design of the subway station in cities core in order to create an integrated multi-purpose activity center for the city public as the goal, and form convenient scale, pleasant places, cultivate culture and construct the "hope space."...
