As the global energy crisis,the energy supply is growing rapidly.There is an urgent need to take energy-saving measures for building energy consumption as an important aspect of energy consumption.There is a prominent problem that The energy consumption of public buildings accounts for a large proportion of building energy consumption.Office buildings are common types in public buildings.Amount of office buildings need to taken into account the need of heating,cooling and lighting and energy-saving design.Types,the complex functions and many other factors affect the energy consumption.So it is a series of relevant factors that need to analyze the various factors considered.The forecast analysis of the energy-saving effect by technical measures have to use dynamic simulation software to optimize the design of energy.In this paper,the design of energy optimization method was used for dynamic simulation software Energy-plus for Xi'an office buildings.The energy consumption caused by quantitative analysis of various factors,energy-saving design parameters corresponding to the relationship between energy consumption and analysis of the effect of the corresponding energy-saving measures were studied.The paper proposed optimal suitable ways for the energy-efficient office building in Xi'an area.Major are as follows:1.Based on "public buildings energy-efficiency design standards" (GB50189-2005),a typical baseline model high-rise office building in Xi'an was set up.Through the simulation by Energy-plus,a detailed analysis of high-rise office buildings of the region throughout the year,the month and energy consumption characteristics of a typical day was taken out.2.Introduced the method of using energy simulation software to optimize the design of energy-saving.3.Analyzed the impact of building energy consumption in all parameters.All parameters was calculated on the building throughout the year to reduce air-conditioning refrigeration and heating for the effects of heat,to identify the greatest impact on energy consumption of the design factors.4.For a significant impact on energy consumption of the parameters,the specific energy-saving strategy were studied for the natural lighting,shading and building energy-saving strategies such as night ventilation.Energy-plus simulation was used the energy-saving strategy of air-conditioning energy consumption,the impact of lighting energy consumption and energy-saving effect of the evaluation.Building energy consumption using dynamic simulation software can carry out building energy-saving design,optimization and energy conservation program evaluation.Using simulation software to optimize the design method of building energy-saving design has an important value.
