With the rapid development of China's transportation industry and urban construction, traffic noise has become an important source of environmental noise pollution. The traffic noise is mainly constituted by vehicle noise and tire-road noise. Past research is generally believed that the speed of cars is greater than 40-50km/h, truck speed is greater than 60-70 km/h, the tire-road noise will be a major part of traffic noise. With the development of the automobile industry, this delineation of speed is descending gradually. Study shows that it has significant effect on noise reduction with choosing suitable road materials and pavement structure. Drawing on relevant research results at home and abroad, select the nine representation road of different amount and size of rubber particles, different types of asphalt, and the different maximum aggregate size, evaluate and study the characteristics of vibration and noise reduction of the asphalt mixture under different condition by the tire vibration attenuation test and the road hammering test. In addition, according to the working principle of the instrument track, simulate vibration of vehicle tires under road. Combined the wavelet theory to study the total energy and its distribution on different frequency band of tire / road vibration signal of under different pavements, further study the influence to vibration strength of rubber particles amount, rubber particles size, the maximum aggregate size, and types of asphalt under traffic. The studied results by the tire vibration attenuation test and the road hammering test showed that: There's a clear relationship between the road noise and vibration reduction of the rubber asphalt mixture pavement and asphalt mixture, increase the amount of rubber particles, the damping and vibration attenuation coefficient of road will be increased. Moreover, increase the maximum size of aggregate or increase the size of rubber particles, the capacity of vibration and noise reduction of road will be improved. In addition, with a big stick toughness SBS modified asphalt to replace the ordinary asphalt, the road will reduce the capacity of the vibration and noise reduction. The results researched on different road tire vibration signal of the total energy and band energy distribution by wavelet packet energy method showed that: Mixing rubber particles in the road can be an effective attenuation of tires vertical vibration of the road. But not the more the amount of rubber particles the less vibration of the vehicle tire, consider the capacity of pavement the proposed large-size rubber particles content should not be exceed 4%; There is a certain degree contact between the effect of vibration reduction and the size of rubber particle, adding 4 head rubber particle has a good damping capacity under the conditions of the same maximum size of aggregate and the same amount of rubber particles, As a result of SBS modified asphalt with a big stick toughness than the ordinary asphalt, the deformation of rubber particles has declined when the SBS modified asphalt interact with rubber particles, the capacity of vibration reduction of the SBS modified asphalt pavement is weaker than the ordinary pavement under the conditions of the same maximum size of aggregate, the same amount of rubber particles and the same size of rubber particles; In addition, the bigger the maximum aggregate size, the better the damping effect of the road, thus, in the mixing-compacting-type and low-noise road pavement, in order to achieve better effect of reducing vibration and noise, recommend to use medium-grained top layer or coarse-grained top layer.
