Increasingly perfect along with our country road traffic system,road service level continuously improve,people get the convenience of travel conditions at the same time also plagued by traffic noise,serious impact on people's health and working life level,thus to solve the traffic noise.At present,the technology of the car has reached a certain height,and then reduce the traffic noise is difficult to improve automobile technology breakthrough,so improving road material performance initiative to reduce the noise is still important.Rubber particles in asphalt mixture is one of the most commonly used low noise pavement materials,also known as the "green pavement materials",but in the past for research in the field of rubber asphalt pavement vibration noise test research mainly focused on the macro level,and the experimental conditions,material properties and other factors is difficult to control,the results relatively discrete,the effects of poor regularity,so the rubber particles in asphalt mixture noise reduction characteristic research there is still a huge development potential.Laboratory test and numerical simulation in this paper,using the method of combining different rubber content,void ratio and the grading of fractal analyses systematically and different friction coefficient of material of rubber particles in asphalt mixture of vibration damping and energy dissipation problem.In this paper,main content and research results are as follows:1.The rubber content on the influence law of different frequency band energy of vibration system existence difference,in 105Hz?125Hz frequency band power attenuation significant value.Verify the join of rubber particles can improve the vibration attenuation coefficient of road surface as a whole.2.Based on the discrete element model estimate the rubber content,void ratio and internal material friction coefficient of each single factor on pavement particle sliding energy consumption between the units and the influence law of particle damping energy dissipation unit itself is as follows:(1)Rubber content of rubber particles in asphalt mixture to the energy dissipation ability has a significant effect.Rubber particles can effectively improve the ability of the interparticle sliding and dislocation,with the increase of rubber content,the tendency of increase with the sliding friction energy consumption gradually,the average growth rate of 33%.Rubber content from 0%to 3%,the particle damping energy dissipation unit itself to the rapid growth of the rubber content increased from 3%to 5%,the particle damping slower increase energy consumption unit itself.Stage of rubber content is 0%to 3%,its internal particle damping of specimen had a great effect on the total energy consumption.(2)The appropriate improve pavement void fraction of enhancing the capacity of pavement attenuation of vibration energy is an effective means.Void fraction increases the tendency of increase with the sliding friction energy dissipation are relatively,but relatively slow growth.Damping energy dissipation rate increases as the specimen gap also the trend of damping energy dissipation caused by void fraction from 2%to 4%growth relatively significant.Void fraction from 4%to 5%damping energy dissipation caused by increase of relatively flat change process.(3)Choose low friction material help to increase the friction energy dissipation,can effectively improve the road vibration noise reduction ability.Material friction coefficient of sliding friction between the total energy consumption model of internal particles significantly,increases as coefficient of friction,friction sliding total energy consumption is reduced.The influence of friction coefficient of damping energy dissipation was not significant.(4)Comprehensive index of pavement sliding between internal granular cell energy dissipation and the influence law of particle damping energy dissipation unit itself,the interparticle friction sliding dissipative damping energy dissipation is greater than the particles themselves,in the absorption of wheel load energy plays a leading role.
