In recent years, with the rapid development of our country highway traffic, the bridge as important component of the road is also increasing along with it. But, many bridge deck pavements displaying certain early damages, such as track, traction, crack, pothole, directly influences vehicles normal operation and causes the normal maintenance time to be ahead greatly of the bridge deck. Investigating its reason, the great reason is the improper choice and combination of waterproof-bonding material. So it is very necessary and urgent to research on and popularize the new waterproof-bonding layer.This paper depends on the project"Study on application of composite materials of fiberglass-Polyeste in Asphalt pavement cracking resistance",which is cooperated by Chongqing Transportation Committee.With excellent waterproof adhesive performance, Composite materials of fiberglass-Polyeste which is new type of synthetic material is being useed in bridge deck pavement medium.Through studying and analysising early damage forms and reason of concrete bridge deck pavements in West China,Through shear test,pull-out test,infiltration test,anti construction hurt test and so on,the author studies the performance of Shear, anti-pullout, impermeability construction of water and anti-damage of composite materials of fiberglass-Polyeste,Solventborne adhesive,SBS modified asphalt,AWP-2000F,Water-based asphalt-based Coatings; At the same time ,the paper analysis influencing factors to performance index. Through indoor shear test,various aspects of performanceof composite materials of fiberglass-Polyeste are quite prominent, especially on infiltration and anti construction hurt. At the same time,in the paper, considering the constitution of bridge flooring system,parameters of material performance, etc, the finite element mechanics method is taken to study the change ofstrength and obtain.the most disadvantage statusFurthermore, based on the many tests and combined with the field experimentation research in real project, the paper discussed construction of composite materials of fiberglass-Polyest,introduced the corresponding measures for real-time control and to insure the construction quality for the field experimentation,being beneficial topopularize composite materials of fiberglass-Polyeste. |
