With the sustainable development of society and economy and the increasing growth of population,the shortage of water resources and water environment destruction has become a serious problem of global.Water is no longer an inexhaustible and inexhaustible unlimited natural resources,and become a kind of limited resources.In the Yellow River,huai river and hai river,Yangtze river has four of river water quality monitoring 60.2â…£over and underground water and pollution.
