| Water, as a kind of indispensable valuable resources for human survival, and an important component of the natural environment, is the basic condition of sustainable development. With the rapid development of the urbanization process, urban population increases sharply, industrial scale is expanded, the living standard improves, the amount of water consumption and sewerage increase day by day. Therefore, some water problems are produced, such as water resources shortage, water environmental pollution, and so on. At present, how to control the human activities within the ranges of water resources and water environment carrying capacity, and how to coordinate the relationship among water resources, water environment, population and sustainable development is one of the important problems in the research fields of water resources.Firstly, on the basis of reading a large number of documents, this paper introduces the domestic and international current research situation of water resources carrying capacity, and pointes out main matters in studying and development trend in the future. Then, the paper analyzes the water problems existing in city and their formed mechanism, urban water resources system and its characteristics. In order to establishing the research foundation of water resources carrying capacity and optimal allocation calculation models, a set of relatively integrated simulation models of urban water resources system is studied.The research of urban water resources carrying capacity is one of the key parts in this paper. The concept, characteristics, influence factors and calculation model and solving method of urban water resources are researched in detail. On the basis, the measures and ways of improving the water resources carrying capacity are summarized.The research of urban water resources optimal allocation based on water resources carrying capacity is a second key part of this paper. On the basis of studying on water resources carrying capacity, this paper carries on quantization to sustainable development and introduces a sustainable development coefficient. And then it puts forward water resources multi-objective optimal allocation model faced with sustainable development. These widen the research contents of water resources carrying capacity and have important realistic significance to urban water resources rational allocation.To verify the models and methods presented above, they are applied to the city of Zhengzhou. At first, the basic situation of Zhengzhou is introduced simply, which includes physical geography, social economic situation and water resources. On the basis of collecting amounts of data about society, economy, hydrology, etc, the social economic indexes and water demands of 2005, 2010, 2015, 2020, 2025, 2030 years are forecasted.And the quantity of surface water and ground water, water resources gross and its available quantity of these years are calculated. On the basis of these, the paper calculates six planning years' water resources carrying capacity of Zhengzhou under three schemes. Through comparing the results of the three schemes, the best scheme is elected and water is allocated to the social economic scale that can be carried under this scheme. The results indicate that the models and methods are reasonable and feasible. Meanwhile, the calculating results and analyzing conclusions may offer reference for water resources planning and management of Zhengzhou. |
