| In recent years,with the quantity of ships around the world has grown largely,and ships are larger and faster.The harbors and the world important cannels are getting more and more crowded,the marine accident occurs frequently,threatening the navigation security and the ocean environment.In this case,AIS(Automatic Identification System) arises at the historic moment,and how to improve the exactitude and efficiency of AIS imformation is the most important problem to solve.Firstly,this article introduces the origin of the AIS,the development process of AIS in and abroad,and its application in our country.Then,it expatiates the operation principles of AIS,discussing the used agreement in AIS of the Self-Organized Time Division Multiple Access(SOTDMA),Incremental Time Division Multiple Access (ITDMA),Random Time Division Multiple Access(RATDMA) and the Fixation Time Division Multiple Access(FATDMA).Meanwhile,the article explains the sentence form of the EIC61162 agreement.The construction of the VDM,VDO,ABM are also elaborated particularly in this part.In the three chapter first introduced are the kinds of the ITU-RM.1371 message and the way to get them.Based on this condition this article studies the principle of decoding and encapsulating of AIS sentences deeply.Then I compile the routines to decode and encapsulate the AIS sentences by myself.In the fourth chapter the types of errors and suggestions on how to solve the problem to different errors of the AIS imformation are.introduced firstiy.Through the observation of the actual data,I get the instances of the error of AIS static information, summarizes the error types and establishes corresponding agreement.then transmit the corresponding sentence through the sealing procedure to make the receiving party realize the static error and correct them in time.Finally it gets the result of program debugged via examples,exploring beneficially for the shipping security and science development of the port administration.
