| Image measuring machine is a modern measuring instrument that developed by the modern manufacture technology and part geometry measuring method based on image.The traditional measure methods and measure range can not meet the needs of modern mechanical manufacture.this machine is used by more and more specialist,being able to measure the sizes of special part such as easy to deform,small size,the width of narrow gap and droplet's diameter etc.which is hard to do by traditional measurement methods and has the advantages in the aspects of efficiency and convenience of measurement,so the measurement method based on image has a wide range of applications.This paper introduced image measuring machine control system's motion control part,image gathering part,lumination control part.especially described those part's hardware buildup,configuration, troubleshooting.after the configuration,the author also optimized the integrated response parameters.let the motion control part get a higher precision.Based on those experiment and supported by the enterprise,the author designed the motion control system,image gathering and lamination control hardware design,even the error analyses and parameters configuration and the control software.the author also maked a prototype of image measuring machine.developed the control software part via Visual C++.this development based on the research of hardware's driver and function transferring,the development of 1394 interface image gathering programme is used the Windows DirectShow technology.All of the function followed the principles of human and machine design.the software can~εrealize these function,such as the motional platform's ordinary move,move by given pulses and distance.the platform's positional architraves.and people control the image gathering part and lamination control part conveniently.Manipulation proved,the hardware control system works properly. |
