With the steady improvement of science and technology,the development of automobile industry is changing with each passing day.Transmission is that the car provides the shift operation device,its assembly quality directly related to the people on the properties of auto visual feeling,and the improvement of the transmission assembly measurement technology is the important guarantee for the improvement of car performance.Based on the existing results,this paper designs a gasket measuring machine which satisfies the assembly quality of the gearbox assembly by studying the key technology of the measuring machine.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the present situation of transmission assembly line is introduced and the development status of bearing pre-tightening control technology is introduced in this paper.Mechanical analysis of transmission gear shaft assembly is carried out.The influence of the preload on the bearing of the gasket was analyzed.Based on the basic principle of the dimension chain,the dynamic assembly dimension chain is put forward.With a transmission model of a factory in Lu'an as assembly model,the dynamic assembly dimension chain of transmission assembly is established.The detection method of gearbox axial clearance is studied,and the factors that affect the test results are analyzed.At the same time,a gearbox bearing-gear model is established by using the Romax Designer software.The influence of tilting and pre-tightening on the dynamic response of the transmission is studied.Secondly,the development of the detection device of the transmission gasket measuring machine is carried out.Through the ANSYS Workbench,the finite element analysis model of key parts of equipment such as the frame and the pressure head is established for static analysis and modal analysis and the displacement and stress cloud nephogram of the frame and the pressure head are obtained and the influence on the accuracy of measurement data was evaluated.According to the requirements of the dynamic detection part of the gearbox axial gap,the hardware and software design of the measuring machine control system is carried out,and measurement and control part with LabVIEW as the PC software development tools,on the computer to complete data collection,storage,processing,analysis and display,and other functions,and interface design,device control program design for sports.Finally,the pneumatic control system of the equipment is constructed,and the mathematical model is established according to the basic parameters of relatedcomponents.The fuzzy single neuron PID controller is designed for the control system.Through the joint simulation comparison of AMEsim and MATLAB/Simulink,we can find that the fuzzy single neuron PID controller has the advantages of fast response,good stability,no overtone and strong anti-interference,etc.
