With continuous development of transportation,traffic of ship,automobile and train,increased heavily.Funabashi collisions caused more and more Bridge collapse. Statistics show that the most recent decades,the world's ship collision happened bridge pier destroyed a major accident on more than more than 100.Such incidents are often caused by a bridge structure,the life,safety and anti-seismic capacity loss may result in a serious crash and death of people such as the bridge to disastrous consequences.
