As Chinese economic development and the increase in foreign trade,the shipping industry has made the rapid development in recent years.The transaction volume and traffic flow density of ships increases gradually,which brings new opportunities,at the same time,also exposed Some of the problem of overburdened partial waters.There is "vessel traffic bottleneck" phenomenon and which results in frequent accidents in local waters.Inefficient transport gradually can not meet the growing needs of maritime traffic and limit the economic rapid and healthy development of shipping.Therefore, when analyze shipping lane's present situation and make future plan,we need to carry on the analysis appraisal to its saturated condition,but the saturated condition calculation's foundation is the ships domain.This paper from the starting of the development of Chinese actual water needs, combined with previous research results,taken to investigate and objective reality and conducts an in-depth research to Chinese existing ship domain.This paper calculates data from selected waters by the mathematical method of cluster analysis,to identify several ship domain in different typical water domain and different encountered relationship.This paper designs process with computer programming language C++ and achieves a computer system.This system can calculate traffic capacity with the corresponding scope of ship domain in different traffic area and make the result more realistic.This study is new research content in the ship domain and I hope it will provide reference value for the reach of ship domain.
