| With the increase in volume of freight,the research on cargo safety has been universal concern and attention.As a part of major component on cargo restraint system for road transport,cargo banding has been received more attention.This paper's major study is the collision safety CAE analysis on cargo banding,which been manufactured by Zhejiang shuangyou Logistics Equipment Co.,Ltd.Truck is one of research objects in this paper,so first of all it should be researched and analyzed.The type of selected truck is Jiefang CA1040K16L.The mainbody of truck—such as front boarding,side boarding,back boarding,carriage and so on—should be established a CAD modeling with UG.And then they should be assembled to a whole vehicle modeling according to the joint connection of them.After creating the CAD model of the truck,then keep it in IGES format,and guide it into VPG software.The last step is creating finite element model.First,select different mesh generation and mesh quality controlling for different parts according as collision request.Second select shell element and appropriate element attribute.In order to insure the precision of the simulation,material attribute of different parts should be defined.The last,controls parameter—such as count time,energy,sandglass controlling, output resultant controlling and so on—should be defined.Once completed,create a collision model by VPG/Safety Module,select the FMVSS 208 standard as the collision standard,and then proceed to crash simulation. Analyze the result in for aspect:bodywork distortion,velocity variation,acceleration variation,energy variation.The curve of acceleration variation and energy variation is the base of count analysis.Then this paper introduce the type of the cargo binding tools:cargo banding, capstan,slings,brackets,strain implement.As the most widely used tool,cargo banding is selected to be one of research objects in this paper,and analyze amply.At the same time,this paper introduce same different binding type,such as over top lashing,slope lashing in longitudinal or transverse direction,diagonal lashing,loop lashing,spring lashing.And then following the mechanics principium,correlative count formula can be gained. |
