Preliminary Research On Lifecycle Information Flow Management Of Power Station Project

With the developing of the informatization in thermal power industry,on one hand, the efficiency of the power industry is increasingly high;on the other hand,there are more and more information islands,which cause heavy losses.By using the successful experience of manufacturing industry which is product lifecycle management(PLM) for reference,this paper presents the information flow management based on the whole lifecycle of the power station project.This paper discussed the meaning of the information flow management based on the whole lifecycle of the power station project as the base of following captures.And then, this paper designs an information handover process for the information flow on the interface of different organizations.Finally,this paper studies the lifecycle information flow integration for the power station project.
