BIM Technology Used In The Investment Management Of Construction Project

Along with the accelerated urbanization process of our country,state and local governments have invested amounts of fund to construction projects.The construction project is weak in the parts of information sharing and cooperative management during each construction stage since the complex,long-term and dynamic characters of implementing the project.It is also influenced by economic environment,traditional construction process of investment etc.These weaknesses,which commonly include inadequate preparations of the preliminary stage of the work and the insufficient use of management software,would have resulted in extremely waste of project investment.Base on this,the thesis introduces the technology of Building Information Modeling(BIM)by analyzing the current situation of project's management and exploring the reason.It also studies the effects of the project,which combines with the superiority of BIM technology,in the lifecycle investment management.By setting an investment project that based on BIM technology and doing the systematic lifecycle investment management of project,the one –sidedness of traditional investment model,which means that focus only on the implementation phase,can be solved.Overall,using the BIM technology to manage the investment of construction projects favors to refuse the projects implementation period,realizes effective control of construction cost and quality,accomplishes open cooperative management of the projects construction information and achieves the symmetry propagation between investors and contractors.So,BIM technology is conducive to realizing the investment objective of the construction project and improves the beneficial result of project investment to the maximum extent.
