Reliability Management Of Panjin Distribution Network

The fundamental task of the distribution networks is to allocate electricity to each user as reliable and economic as possible.The ability and quality of power supply of whole power systems are reflected through the distribution system.The reliability indicators of distribution systems are in fact a reflex of the entire power system structure and operating characteristics.In this paper the composition of reliability management system for power systems and relative theories were studied in order to improve the reliability management of Panjin distribution network and to gradually achieve the fine management objectives,The present status of Panjin distribution networks was systematically analyzed.Then from the view of fine management,we analyzed the reliability indicators of Panjin distribution networks and pointed out the problems in Panjin reliability management system.The improvement measures were also given.The enforcement plans of Dawa and Shuangtaizi distribution networks were developed using the Reliability Evaluation System of Panjin Distribution Networks.The reliability indicators pre-and post-enforcement were compared and the suggestions were given on the implementing schemes of the reliability management systems.
