| With the rapid development of market economy of China and The accelerating pace of modern society, we need more reliable distribution power network.In our country,the generation and transmission technology has been quite mature, but the research of distribution system is far behind the developed countries. Reliable data shows that80percent of the accident is related to the distribution system. Now, as the main distribution power network in cities is lOkV distribution power network, It becomes more and more important and urgent to study the lOkV distribution power network, which is connected with customers directly. The reliability of power supply in the distribution network directly reflect the overall level of electric power industry. The essential objective of the research on distribution system reliability is to provide safety, reliable electric power to customers and gain the maximum benefit for society.According to the the theory and experience, This paper analyzes the structure of lOkV distribution power network, the factors which affects the reliability of lOkV distribution power network and so on. Then, this paper gives some suggestions for the management of the distribution power network and summarize the arithmetic of the reliability of the distribution power network. FMEA, which is simple and easy, has a great advantage when it is used in simple distribution system. But that will not happen when facing the complex distribution system. therefore, this paper proposes an algorithm which is based on the division and the network equivalent of the complex distribution power network.Based on the study above, this paper, by using the date of the reliability of Shenzhen’s distribution system in2011, analyzes the situation of Shenzhen’s distribution system and the factors which affects the reliability of distribution power network, including the scheduled power outage and the accident power outage. At the same time, this paper shows shortage of Shenzhen’s lOkV distribution system, and propose related advice about the construction of distribution system, management and technology. |
