Study And Development Of RBC Deformation And Aggregation Test Instrument

RBC(Red Blood Cell) Deformation/Aggregation is a necessary instrument for clinical diagnostics and scientific research. It is used in the detection of RBC deformation/aggregation. The paper's development is under the support of GTM-Steelex Scientific Instrument Company. The instrument is the product of the company.First, this paper introduced the research background, some mensuration for deformation/aggregation, and current situation. Second, this paper describe the instrument's principle, constitution and process. Lastly, this paper elaborated RBC deformation/aggregation electronic control system .The electronic control system comprise two sections: the hardware and the software. The multi-CPU control system is consisted of one PC, one main-SCM and three sub-SCMS, The sub-SCMS control software was designed based on the hardware circuit, proposed some measures to guarantee hardware and software system's reliability. Through the debugging and the performance test to the instrument, it is proved that the performance characteristics of this control system were accorded with the design requirement of RBC Deformation/Aggregation.
