According to the research and the practice experience, this article has constructed the appraisal architecture of urban land seismic resistance suitability and gives you the concept of urban land seismic resistance suitability ,and the paper mainly includes two parts on the base offunction and characteristic of urban land seismic resistance suitability:one is utilizing the fuzzy mathematics correlation theories to carry on corresponding urban the land suitability appraisal with material of drill holes ; the other is carrying on spatial data processing with GIS technology and developing the urban landseismic resistance suitability appraisal decision support system with the evaluation model which this article refined to research. Data in the research are basically spatial data.the factor involved has the obvious randomness and the misalignment. And it covers the broad space and time scope and its quantity is big, being a very complex non-structurized question. The SA mathematical model of each index and the synthetic evaluating model are built to support the CLSRS evaluation process.and the two parts are as follow:(1) According to the domestic and foreign research situation, the paper has studied related concept and the characteristic of the urban land seismic resistance suitability appraisal emphatically.the paper selects the computation model with the five selected appraisal factors (terrain landform, fault activity, location characteristic, liquefied situation as well as landslide situation) with from different angle and influence related domain fundamental research and experience.computation model of Location characteristic,which Carries on the spatial distribution simulation toeach drill hole on the base of trend surface fitting and variation function statistic for the soil equivalent sheering velocity and overburden thickness with the land -statistical analysis, Then the paper separately obtains the grid of location category division through the definite method and the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation method and elaborates the above process with taking the project data as the example.computation model of Liquefied situation,which considered four influence factors such as the subsoil water level depth, on covers the non-liquefied earth thickness, the depth of foundation, the liquefied earth characteristic depth and so on to make the evaluation of Liquefied situation and Carries on the space simulation again through the place statisticsanatomic model to obtains the different liquefied rank distributing grid.computation model of Landslide situation ,which Uses the analytic hierarchy comprehensive exponential method for the landslide risk division rank and carries on the space simulation again through the place statistics anatomic model to obtains the different landslide rank distributed grid ,considering the slope, slope height, lithological character, pitch structure, structure and shape type, latent sliding surface characteristic, ground water, artificial project rational and so on .The fault activity distinction model, which had taken the average activity speed and the history magnitude as the distinction standard to divide the fault activity for the intense activity, the less intense activity, and the weak activity and Carries on the space simulation again through the place statistics anatomic model to obtain the different fault activity distributed grid.The terrain landform distinction model.according to the standard description, the present paper divide the landform into three kinds through the place statistics anatomic model the space simulation to obtain the different terrain landform distributed gridOn the base of analysis for these five evaluating indicators of urban land seismic resistance suitability,the paper uses the multi-layered fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation method to analyze this multi-layer evaluating indicator system and carries on the generalized analysis with the analytic hierarchy process and carries on the explanation through the project example to this computational process.(2) the other part in this paper has developed the urban land seismic resistance suitability decision support system.by the close relation among computation model construction ,the GIS technology, the DSS technology and SDSS technology.this paper has corresponding analysis and introduction for the process that constructing the information system. Such as business flow chart, data flow diagram, E-R diagram and so on. Finally function of this application procedure and the user interface are introducted.
