| BIW fabrication symbolizes the level of automobile manufacture. The local key technology is laid behind the overseas sophisticated in planning, design, and process.The planning approach of BIW welding assembly line was discussed, with car body structures being analyzed, and facilities and processes for BIW fabrication being explored. Simulation on ROBCAD platform was studied, while VM technology was exploited to validate the plant of robotic automation station. Crucial functionalities of this package like SOP, Gun Check, Time Estimation and OLP etc. were put into application. Simulation and OLP could help to lower the cost in on-site installation and ease manual workload in robot programming and commissioning. In the end, an audit criterion for BIW planning based on Fuzzy Mathematical approaches were created and implemented.One project was taken as an instance for implementation of planning, simulation, and audit. |
