Research On Terminal Area Flight Emulation

The terminal area is always a hot research topic by world aviation experts. In the air traffic system of our country, the most serious aspect to restrict capacity is terminal area. With the rapid development of air transportation in China and the fast improvement of computer science and technology, the algorithm of flight simulation has become an important topic of terminal area.The disadvantage of existing terminal area model is analyzed in this paper, by referencing terminal area construction, safety separation minimum, types of aircraft, a new terminal area simulation model, which contains the real-time confilict judgement of arrival and departure flight stream is created.Firstly, the domestic and overseas research is briefly reviewed, then the background and significance of the paper are introduced in allusion to our civil aviation airspace system. Secondly, get airpoint information through map projection, then creat mathematical simulation model of terminal area construction. Thirdly, judge the safety separation minimum of adjacent aircraft in the flight stream, and put aircraft's arrival and departure time data into dynamic array. Next, judge the possible conflict between current aircraft and all the other aircraft in the flight stream, and then refresh the data from dynamic array. Finally, give an example about terminal area capacity calculation to prove the theory, then illustrate current disadwantages and futher reasearch aspect. Though the research, the improved model is better for terminal area demonstration on computer screen.
