Research On Engineering Quality Control Of High Building

This paper analyses the specific issues on the quality of the project construction. As follows:Firstly,the article introduces the origin and development of the quality management and quality control at home and abroad;it summarizes the basic concepts and theory of the quality control;it carefully analyses features and focus on construction management of high building;it elaborates the content and methods of the quality controlling and the whole process of the quality control on construction.And then,with an example(the new office barracks of the Guizhou People's Armed Police Corps),the article discusses the specific measures on the quality control. At the same time,it applies the gray prediction theory,and also evaluates the effects of the quality controlling,and verifies project results of the quality control.Finally,there are many factors influencing the quality of construction projects, including the human factor,and it is the most important one.So we should make everyone quality awareness improved.At the same time we must pay attention to grasp the principal contradiction.Also we should focus on the "three lines",cracks and steel control etc.But also we should not overlook the water,roofing projects,the ground floor and the secondary structure.These processes easily give rise the problems of the quality.And we should particularly strengthen these weak links such as concrete strength,the size of template,column axis deviation,the plumpness of gray seam,pile settlement.They are all the important control points that affect the quality and safety. We can take pre-control method for them applying gray system theory and avoiding unnecessary wasting.
