Study On The Using And Planning Of Underground Space In The Center Of Old City Xi'an

With the development of human society,urban space expand gradually,is not confined to space above the ground.As the second space of city,the of urban underground space shows a lot of advantages,becomes one way of people to explore and expand the scope of the city.In this paper,utilize theoretical and empirical methods to study the underground space in the areas along Jiefang Road(North and South to Wulukou,the North Plaza of railway station;east and west to Shangjian Road,Shangde Road).This article focuses on the background about the use of underground space in the city,to define the research objective.Start from a theoretical introduction,the focus of the study is urban underground space,it has made define to the research objective.The examples department analysis the characteristics of underground space development and utilization in the railway station area of cities.Through the investigate to the research objective,make the analysis and positioning to the development and utilization of underground space.On the first make a overall design to the research object in general design part,put forward specific ideas and the layout and objectives of the overall plan.Further on specific parts of town transport core-railway station,city function axis-Jiefang Road,the regional hub for commercial and traffic junctions-Wlukou,the focus is to solve the problems maybe appears in design progress, and to make the methods and significance of three-dimensional space functional integration.Strategy papers at all levels of planning to locate the priorities and requirements of underground space development,put forward the methods and possibilities to construction underground space network in the site near the subway station.Finally from the legal system the underground space development and utilization to be studied,analysis may encounter a variety of legal issues in underground space development,and consummate the management norms of urban underground space,make a protection from the system.The study put forward a conceptual design and problem-solving methods for the region,is further study to two projects has the innovative and practical significance.The purpose of this article is not limited to this, hope that with the construction of the subway,can enhance the design of underground space,make the overall planning of underground space in Xi'an as soon as possible, hoping to make the portion lead the overall and in order to a reasonable and orderly development.
